ARTICLE XIII

Request of Service

The grantee shall, whenever it receives a request for service, provide service to any potential subscriber within the city limits of the City of Deerfield, Kansas, and the grantee shall extend its existing system to such subscriber at no cost to the subscriber for the system extension other than the usual connect fees for all subscribers.
